Returns

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email or message.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 1-3 business days.

• Refunds will be made via Cash, WhishMoney.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

• If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.

Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
